Churches

Newman Grove offers many churches, clubs and organizations.  Belonging provides leadership, fellowship, service and social activity.  Be an important part of the community by joining. The City of Newman Grove rents 20' and 30' picnic tables on wheels, call 402-447-6444 to reserve. Community Center rental contact is Abbey Murray at 42-860-0828. This has a full kitchen to use and can seat up to 180 people.

Newman Grove Community Foundation

The Newman Grove Community Foundation, an affiliated fund of the Nebraska Community Foundation, Inc. was organized on July 13, 2005.  The purposes are to receive, administer, and distribute funds for charitable or educational purposes primarily for the inhabitants of Nebraska, and of the community of Newman Grove.  A fund advisory committee has been named to manage the Newman Grove Community Foundation.  Please contact Jeff Gerhart, President at (402) 447-6211 for more information about donations or granted projects.

Newman Grove Food Pantry
Open 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 413 Hale Avenue. Newman Grove and Lindsay residents only. Donations can be dropped off here or at Fowlkes Realty & Auction at 516 Hale Avenue during business hours.
