Newman Grove Building Facade Improvement Loan
The Newman Grove Development Corporation has funds available for façade improvement for your business. This would be a grant or forgivable loan. Eligible improvements to existing structures would include but not limited to: repair or replacement or additions of awnings, signage, graphics, window display areas, exterior lighting, windows or doors, sidewalks, brick cleaning and tuck-pointing, painting, restoration of original architectural features, and other improvements which are visible from the street and have a positive impact on the appearance of the building.
The grant or forgivable loan would be for a match of up to $5000 for any of these improvements and would not include anything already under construction. Contact City Office for more details.
