The Newman Grove City Council is addressing the housing in Newman Grove by appointing a Newman Grove Economic Development Committee/Newman Grove Housing Board to oversee creation of a new housing development located on Madison/Platte County Road in south Newman Grove. Nine lots are for sale at very reasonable prices with full infrastructure development. Upon sale of all the initial lots, plans for future expansion also exist.
